1.⁠ ⁠One ID, One Qualification

• Each qualified Distributor ID is entitled to one (1) incentive trip only.
• Regardless of the number of qualifications or total sales achieved under the same Distributor ID, only one (1) trip entitlement will be awarded.

 2.⁠ ⁠No Cash Redemption

• The incentive trip is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No cash payment, reimbursement, credit, or alternative compensation will be provided if a qualified achiever is unable or chooses not to attend the trip.

 3.⁠ ⁠Replacement of Qualified Achiever

• If a qualified achiever is unable to attend, he or she may submit a request to nominate a replacement participant.
• All replacement requests are subject to the Company's sole approval.
• The Company reserves the right to assess the eligibility, suitability, and operational feasibility of the proposed replacement.
• If the Company does not approve the replacement, the trip entitlement shall be forfeited.
• The Company's decision shall be final and binding.

 4.⁠ ⁠Flights, Visa & Travel Requirements

• Participants are responsible for purchasing their own round-trip flight tickets, including both departure and return flights.
• Participants are solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa (if applicable), travel insurance, and fulfilling all immigration, customs, and travel requirements.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any losses arising from denied boarding, visa rejection, expired passports, or failure to meet travel requirements.

 5.⁠ ⁠Accommodation

• Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis during the official trip period.
• Participants requesting a single room must bear the additional cost, subject to room availability.

 6.⁠ ⁠Official Trip Coverage

• During the official trip period, the Company will provide only the benefits specified in the official itinerary, including:
  • Hotel accommodation.
  • Meals stated in the itinerary.
  • Scheduled transportation.
  • Official tours and activities.

 7.⁠ ⁠Additional Expenses

• Any expenses not included in the official itinerary shall be borne entirely by the participant, including but not limited to:
• Additional meals and beverages.
• Personal shopping.
• Laundry services.
• Mini bar and room service.
• Optional tours and activities.
• Personal transportation.
• Medical expenses.
• Any other personal expenses.

 8.⁠ ⁠Extension of Stay

• Participants who choose to arrive before or depart after the official trip period are responsible for all additional costs, including accommodation, transportation, meals, airport transfers, and any other related expenses.

 9.⁠ ⁠Attendance

• Participants are expected to attend all official activities and adhere to the published itinerary unless otherwise approved by the Company.

10.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct

• ⁠Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the trip.
• ⁠Participants must comply with all applicable laws, hotel regulations, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by the Company's representatives.
•  ⁠The Company reserves the right to withdraw any participant from the trip without compensation if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or detrimental to the safety, comfort, or reputation of the group or the Company.

11.⁠ ⁠Changes to the Itinerary

• The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, scheduled activities, or other arrangements due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

12.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

• The Company shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, delay, or modification of the trip resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government directives, airline disruptions, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.

13.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

• By accepting the incentive trip, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

14.⁠ ⁠Final Decision

• ⁠Renata Health World reserves the right to interpret, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary.
• All matters relating to qualification, eligibility, participation, approvals, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be determined solely by Renata Health World.
• The Company's decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
